WSHPHS New Member Spotlight: Lisette Valenzuela

With nearly six years of experience in the business and nonprofit sector, Lisette Valenzuela is a Los Angeles, California native, raised bi-coastal between Los Angeles and Miami. While earning her B.S. in Psychology and Nonprofit Management from Nova Southeastern University, she volunteered and partnered with nonprofits on campus and, in Liberty City, Miami, Florida, with 501 (c)(3) organizations, Moving Forward Together and Miami Children’s Initiative.

In the Fall of 2018, her experience compelled her to relocate back to her hometown, Los Angeles, where she continued to serve in the nonprofit arena as a nonprofit consultant. Lisette concentrates her strategic assessment skills on individual, family, community, and corporate needs. With careful attention to detail, specializing in organizational consulting, meeting her clients where they are, and creating a concrete plan to execute their goals.

Lisette has a fundamental understanding of what it means to live intentionally with determination and passion. She invests her time and talent in meaningful projects and partnerships built on the altruistic belief that we were all meant for a bigger purpose and that it’s our job to explore and develop our potential to cast future change.
